Autism

Our son was diagnosed with Autism when he was 12 years old.  He had been mistakenly diagnosed with ADHD/ODD when he was 6 which meant that he missed out on all the early intervention so vital for children on the spectrum.  It has been a massive learning curve for us as a family, but most of all him.   Below are some resources that I have found to be incredibly helpful in our Autism journey:

AUTISM DISCUSSION PAGE – FACEBOOK GROUP

This group is one of the most informative I have come across in terms of accurate information, based on accurate empirical research.  There is a lot of information to be garnered here.  They have just released two books which will be very helpful.
